• Custom-developed code and deliverables become your property
• We retain rights to our proprietary tools, frameworks, and pre-existing intellectual property
• We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise

4.3 Warranties and Limitations

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. However, we do not guarantee that our Services will be error-free or uninterrupted. Specific warranty terms are outlined in project agreements.

5. Training Programs

5.1 Enrollment and Payment

Training program enrollment requires payment of applicable fees. Payment terms, refund policies, and program-specific requirements are detailed in the enrollment agreement.

5.2 Course Content and Materials

Training materials are provided for your personal use only and may not be:

• Shared, distributed, or sold to third parties
• Used for commercial purposes without our written consent
• Modified or reverse-engineered
• Posted on public forums or websites

5.3 Certificates and Credentials

Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of program requirements. Certificates do not constitute professional licenses or regulatory certifications unless explicitly stated.

5.4 Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the specific program and timing of cancellation. Generally, refunds are not provided after course commencement unless otherwise specified in the enrollment agreement.

6. Payment Terms

Fees for Services are specified in project agreements or enrollment forms. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. You agree to pay all applicable fees when due.

Late payments may result in service suspension, late fees, or termination of Services. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at the rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower.

Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST). You are responsible for all taxes associated with your purchase.

11. Limitation of Liability

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
